Not sure the name of the app he used, but I've been using Seek, when out on hikes. Most times, it works, but I used it last weekend to try to identify a little yellow fungus, maybe, on a log, and it said it was a "common owl." LOL. Swing and a miss, as my son would say. Loved the story, Michele.
